La partie la plus délicate a été la découpe des portières et du capot; en effet, il ne reste plus beaucoup
de matière pour tenir les montants du toit. Un gros travail de renforcement a donc été réalisé sur la carrosserie.

Puis vient la préparation et la découpe du chassîs pour recevoir le moteur;
moteur qui a été créé avec différentes pièces récupérées dans la boite à "rabiots".

En l'absence de détails sur cette version du kit Aoshima, il a été nécessaire d'en fabriquer.
Les différentes parties créées ont été mises en place; l'habitacle, l'arceau de sécurité
et les autres pièces ont été ajustés tout en respectant la Falcon Interceptor du film.

D'autres améliorations ont été réalisées : par création ou par modification...

L'entrée d'air du compresseur a été refaite par souci de réalisme.
Il a suffit d'enlever la partie supérieure, creuser puis refaire une pièce plus fine
pour la partie supérieure de l'entrée d'air.

Un travail du même ordre a été réalisé sur le siège du conducteur.

comme les valves sur les jantes, par exemple...
